Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate has a strong background in inventory control, leadership, and logistics, particularly within the hospitality or F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control
- Ensure accurate and timely supply of goods to the restaurant or kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement and oversee FIFO/LIFO stock rotation systems, especially for perishable goods
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse at all times
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and management teams regarding supply needs
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards
- Use inventory management systems and generate reports as needed
- Handle deliveries, returns, and damaged goods processes
- Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role (preferably in hospitality or F&B)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and stock control
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy and experience with inventory software/systems
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock when required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Working Hours:
- Schedule : 5. Am till 2 pm
- 6 days per week – one day off during the week
