🛠️ 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 & 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔: Identify and secure new opportunities in corporate offices, government projects, hospitality, healthcare, education, and commercial developments. Actively conduct field visits, client meetings, and networking to build a strong pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Generate leads through direct outreach, consultants, architects, developers, contractors, referral networks, and online tender platforms such as Etimad and SAP Ariba.
𝑪𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, procurement teams, developers, facility managers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to generate repeat business.
𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑨𝒄𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑻𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈: Track upcoming projects, identify RFQs/RFPs, and coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Procurement, Project Management) to deliver BOQs, technical submissions, proposals, and presentations. Handle commercial negotiations and deal closures.
𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 & 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Expand the client base into Khobar, Dammam, Jubail, and potential Bahrain market opportunities. Mentor junior staff, support management in developing growth strategies for the branch, and drive overall team performance.
𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Ensure smooth project handover to the project management and finance teams after a project award and actively follow up on collections and payment milestones.
