Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Has a thorough knowledge of the restaurant policies and procedure.
  • Appears to work on time wearing the restaurant uniform.
  • Abides to restaurant rules and regulations on grooming and appearance.
  • Participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled by the management.
  • Has a thorough knowledge of the menu items and cooking methods.
  • Answers outside customers calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Efficiently take customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintains responsibility for entering all customer orders into the point-of- sale system.
  • Performs up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Insure the customers orders are delivered in the right time.
  • Coordinate payment with the delivery drivers.
  • Communicate with the Delivery Supervisor or the restaurant manager on customer questions and complain.
