Our client is established 20 years ago as a family business, he has expanded over the years, organically and vertically, by diversifying its offering. What began as a father-and-son-owned B2B business, has organically grown into a diverse F&B group, employing 120 team members, and covering a unique range of food verticals. He has proven to be a dynamic and adaptable force in the F&B industry driven by quality and customer experience, with the ability to evolve, replicate its successes, and expand globally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across departments (F&B, housekeeping, events, etc.)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances to help improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct regular cost analysis and identify areas to reduce waste, especially in food & beverage and labor costs
  • Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring liquidity for daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
  • Support inventory management and menu pricing decisions through accurate costing and margin analysis
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
  • Assist in financial planning for new outlets, renovations, or expansions
  • Maintain and improve financial control systems, including POS and accounting software integration
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders when needed

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in the F&B or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hospitality P&L structures, food costing, and revenue cycles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or hospitality-specific systems like Omega or SunSystems)
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of labor law, tax compliance, and internal controls in hospitality settings
