Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages and warm, engaging service. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsabilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain full knowledge of bar menu, classic cocktails, seasonal specials, and signature drinks
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Manage bar inventory and assist with stock control and ordering
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Handle payments and operate POS system accurately
• Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, contributing to a positive atmosphere
• Support fellow F&B team members during peak hours or events
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and participate in tastings or training sessions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Knowledge of drink recipes, garnishing techniques, and bar tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy shifts
• Well-groomed and presentable with a professional attitude
• Team player with a proactive and positive mindset
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local laws)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
