Client Overview: 

Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves all kinds of Beverages & Desserts
  • Displays Aggressive Hospitality through positive personality with both guests and colleague.
  •  Makes sure that the guests will spend a pleasant and memorable experience while dining with us.
  • Works in close coordination with the Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader.
  • Liaises with Kitchen and Floor Staff.
  • Follows all policies and procedures
  • Complies with the “clean as you go” policy
  • Reports to work on time and in proper uniform, with name tag and well shaved
  • Is aware of his work schedule
  • Makes sure that the bar is always clean and well loaded (referring to par-level stock)
  • Prepares the garnish and mixes
  • Serves beverage according to the recipes and standards
  • Minimizes losses and wastages.
  • Reports for maintenance repairs
  • Discusses any special drinks with the manager and staff
  • Checks the conditions of the glasses (well polished) and stored in their allocated storage spaces
  • Uses FIRST IN FIRST OUT method to avoid expiry dates
  • All items ordered should be unpacked and stored in their allocated storage space taking
  • Checks beverage stock and refills fridges as appropriate
  • Makes sure the closing procedure is up to the standards
  • Is aware of daily specials (if any)
  • Is aware all menus items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods
  • Maintains an open and relaxed posture bar side
  • Should exceed expectations
