Xperts4 Hospitality: One Year, Many Stories

Happy birthday

“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”Mark Twain

For many entrepreneurs, the most daunting part of building a business isn’t the growth or the setbacks—it’s choosing where to begin. That blank page, that first frame in the reel, has haunted visionaries for centuries. For the team behind Xperts4 Hospitality, that beginning was anything but straightforward.

Serial entrepreneur and founder Zahi M. is no stranger to building companies. Yet, as he puts it, “launching all of them was something and launching Xperts4 Hospitality was something else entirely.” The concept, now a thriving boutique recruitment and training agency for the F&B industry, took not one, not two, but three conceptual rebirths before it found its footing.

What made the difference? “The team,” Zahi admits without hesitation. And more precisely, the arrival of Maroun Hajj, the Business Unit Manager whose leadership shifted the entire trajectory. With clarity finally emerging, the pieces began to fall into place.

Gaëlle then joined, providing the crucial marketing backbone. Her creative vision and rapid understanding of the industry shaped the brand’s voice and direction. Zahi recounts, “She understood not just the business but its rhythm.” This led to streamlined processes, refined messaging, and improved visibility.

But no vision materializes without the right team to bring it to life. As operations kicked off, a passionate squad of young professionals joined the mission: Maroun AR, Sakr, Jad, Abdallah, and Yendy each contributing energy, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to the startup’s mission.

The results? In just 12 months:

  • A major restaurant group in Saudi Arabia became a flagship client, with nearly 10 key hires made through Xperts4 Hospitality.
  • Three mid-sized chains in Ghana followed suit, each securing 3 to 4 top talents.
  • In Lebanon, over 10 clients ranging from small independents to growing chains found their next culinary stars.
  • The firm also hosted a training session and a live presentation on a particularly timely topic: AI in Hospitality cementing its role not just as a recruiter but as a thought leader in the sector.

And this is just the beginning.

As the first candle flickers on the birthday cake, Xperts4 Hospitality stands as a reminder that great companies aren’t just built on strategy they’re built on persistence, reinvention, and the right people at the right time.

“To our partners and clients who trusted us from day one: thank you,” says Zahi. “Here’s to many more years of shared success.”
