Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Has a thorough knowledge of the restaurant policies and procedure.
- Appears to work on time wearing the restaurant uniform.
- Abides to restaurant rules and regulations on grooming and appearance.
- Participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled by the management.
- Has a thorough knowledge of the menu items and cooking methods.
- Answers outside customers calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficiently take customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintains responsibility for entering all customer orders into the point-of- sale system.
- Performs up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Insure the customers orders are delivered in the right time.
- Coordinate payment with the delivery drivers.
- Communicate with the Delivery Supervisor or the restaurant manager on customer questions and complain.
