Client Overview:

Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

– Demonstrates Aggressive Hospitality by maintaining a positive and energetic attitude with both guests and colleagues.
– Delivers food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
– Ensures guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience by being attentive and responsive to their needs.
– Works closely with the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leader, and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
– Communicates effectively with kitchen and floor staff to coordinate and prioritize orders.
– Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
– Adheres to the “clean as you go” policy, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
– Reports to work on time, in proper uniform, with name tag, and maintains a neat appearance.
– Is aware of work schedule and manages time efficiently during shifts.
– Assists in setting up and clearing tables, replenishing condiments, and resetting dining areas as needed.
– Checks food orders for accuracy, completeness, and presentation before delivering to guests.
– Handles special requests and communicates guest feedback to management and kitchen staff.
– Minimizes breakage, losses, and food wastage by handling items with care.
– Reports any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
– Stays informed about daily specials, menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
– Maintains a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.
– Strives to exceed guest expectations in every interaction.

Qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English required).
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
