Job Description

Client Overview: 

Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and produce a range of pastries and desserts, from prep to final presentation
  • Develop and execute recipes that align with Neo Beirut’s creative and seasonal approach
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and high standards in taste and visual appeal
  • Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times
  • Manage stock, ingredient ordering, and kitchen organization
  • Collaborate with the chef-owner and management team on new product development

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of professional pastry kitchen experience
  • Strong skills in classic pastry techniques and flavor pairing
  • Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day pastry production
  • Experience with viennoiserie is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and clean in work habits
  • Creative mindset and a commitment to quality
