Client Overview:
Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and produce a range of pastries and desserts, from prep to final presentation
- Develop and execute recipes that align with Neo Beirut’s creative and seasonal approach
- Maintain consistency, quality, and high standards in taste and visual appeal
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times
- Manage stock, ingredient ordering, and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with the chef-owner and management team on new product development
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional pastry kitchen experience
- Strong skills in classic pastry techniques and flavor pairing
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day pastry production
- Experience with viennoiserie is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and clean in work habits
- Creative mindset and a commitment to quality
