Client Overview:
Our client is an international bistro, coffee shop, bakery, and pastry establishment that has been serving customers since 2016. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including breakfast and lunch options, and is known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves all kinds of Beverages & Desserts
- Displays Aggressive Hospitality through positive personality with both guests and colleague.
- Makes sure that the guests will spend a pleasant and memorable experience while dining with us.
- Works in close coordination with the Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader.
- Liaises with Kitchen and Floor Staff.
- Follows all policies and procedures
- Complies with the “clean as you go” policy
- Reports to work on time and in proper uniform, with name tag and well shaved
- Is aware of his work schedule
- Makes sure that the bar is always clean and well loaded (referring to par-level stock)
- Prepares the garnish and mixes
- Serves beverage according to the recipes and standards
- Minimizes losses and wastages.
- Reports for maintenance repairs
- Discusses any special drinks with the manager and staff
- Checks the conditions of the glasses (well polished) and stored in their allocated storage spaces
- Uses FIRST IN FIRST OUT method to avoid expiry dates
- All items ordered should be unpacked and stored in their allocated storage space taking
- Checks beverage stock and refills fridges as appropriate
- Makes sure the closing procedure is up to the standards
- Is aware of daily specials (if any)
- Is aware all menus items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods
- Maintains an open and relaxed posture bar side
- Should exceed expectations
