We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Saudi Business Development Expert to lead growth initiatives and revenue generation for our ad agency. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in the advertising and marketing sectors to proactively identify new business opportunities, develop strategic proposals, and build a robust client pipeline. With a focus on expanding our footprint across both public and private sectors, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our business development strategy, ensuring our agency’s success and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset and is passionate about driving measurable impact. You will use your expertise in market research and networking to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while navigating the competitive landscape to secure new accounts and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for new business acquisition in the Saudi market.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within both public and private sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
- Lead the proposal development process, collaborating with internal teams to craft client-centric solutions.
- Represent Warriors in high-level client presentations, fostering relationships that support client retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor business development metrics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably within the communications advertising/marketing sector ectt
- Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management within competitive markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to client engagement.
