Client Overview:
Our Client is an innovative digital solution transforming the ordering experience in the restaurant industry. He is a leading player in the market, empowering growth for restaurants and enhancing customer experiences through seamless digital services. As part of their expansion in Saudi Arabia, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Country Sales Executive to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Country Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Saudi Arabian market by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting The Client’s product offerings. This individual will work closely with the Country Sales Manager to achieve company targets, build the customer base, and contribute overall success in the
region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting:
○ Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling,
networking, referrals, and online research.
2. Lead Generation:
○ Proactively generate and follow up on leads and sales opportunities to create a
solid sales pipeline.
3. Product Knowledge:
○ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products and services,
effectively communicate their value proposition, and address customer inquiries.
4. Sales Presentations:
○ Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase our client’s offerings, tailoring the approach to address the needs and pain points of different prospects.
5. Negotiation:
○ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers, ensuring the best possible outcome for both ….. and the client.
6. Relationship Management:
○ Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and foster long-term partnerships for repeat business.
7. Sales Reporting:
○ Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Country Sales Manager, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
8. Continuous Learning:
○ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
9. Goal Achievement:
○ Meet or exceed sales quotas, targets, and performance metrics set by the Country Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital solutions or technology sectors.
- Experience in the F&B industry or with SaaS (Software as a Service) products is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Solid presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product
demonstrations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
