Job Overview:

The PR Director will be responsible for creating and executing impactful public relations strategies that strengthen brand reputation and market presence. This leader will develop and oversee PR campaigns, reputation management efforts, and media relations initiatives, ensuring a consistent, positive public image. As a spokesperson and brand ambassador, the PR Director will shape the company story across multiple platforms, manage high-value press engagements, and lead content development efforts that communicate the vision, values, and unique industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand visibility and credibility within the market.
  • Manage reputation-focused initiatives, ensuring the company is positioned as a trusted, high-quality brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and elevate the company profile.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, and content that accurately reflects the company values and differentiators.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing the agency at industry events, conferences, and media appearances.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment between PR initiatives and the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in PR, with at least 3 years in a senior role in communication practices (PR, Reputation
  • Management, Advertising, Corporate Communication, Marketing etc…)
  • Proven track record in client relationship management, with experience managing accounts in both private and public sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content development, media relations, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage reputation-focused initiatives that drive positive client and public perceptions.
